Belmont Park Village: Stores, Train, Parking & Shopping Guide

ELMONT, LONG ISLAND · DESIGNER OUTLET SHOPPING

There is the shopping trip where you need socks, and the shopping trip where a jacket in a window quietly changes the afternoon. Belmont Park Village is better suited to the second. Boutiques, outdoor walkways and designer labels make this a place to browse with a little curiosity—and a firm idea of what you actually want to spend.

At a glance: Belmont Park Village is an outdoor shopping destination at 2601 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, beside UBS Arena. Allow two to three hours. Regular hours are Monday–Thursday 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Friday–Saturday 10 a.m.–7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.–6 p.m. LIRR passengers use Elmont–UBS Arena station and the Village’s complimentary shuttle.

The location is useful if you already have an arena evening planned. It is also a different proposition from trekking through a large outlet center with a long family shopping list. A reduced designer price can still be a substantial purchase. Come for the particular brands, not for an assumption that everything will be cheap.

For a look at the boutiques and pedestrian setting before you go, browse Belmont Park Village’s official photo and video feed. Match any store or offer that catches your eye to the current directory below.

Choose the boutiques before the windows choose for you

The current directory includes A.P.C., AllSaints, Aquazzura, Billy Reid, Canali and Citizen Company Store. The operator also features Farm Rio, lululemon, Samsonite and Roller Rabbit on its website. That gives you several possible afternoons: clothes with a distinctive design, a travel purchase, or a few carefully chosen wardrobe pieces.

Your shopping priority Where to start looking
Clothing and personal style A.P.C., AllSaints, Billy Reid and Farm Rio
Designer tailoring or footwear Canali and Aquazzura
Activewear lululemon
Luggage or a watch Samsonite and Citizen Company Store

Use the official boutique directory and Village map to make a short list. On October 13, the coming-soon section included Moose Knuckles, Kiton, Rag & Bone, Anne Fontaine, Abc Carpet & Home and CurrentBody. A name in that section is not an open shop.

Pick two or three stores that genuinely interest you and give yourself time to try things on. The useful comparison is the final price of that particular item, along with its fit and return policy. A large discount does not rescue a jacket that will spend the next year in the back of your closet.

Getting here from Manhattan

Address 2601 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003.
Regular hours Monday–Thursday 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; Friday–Saturday 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Holiday and boutique hours can differ.
Train destination Elmont–UBS Arena on the Long Island Rail Road, followed by the Village shuttle.
By car Allow roughly 45–90 minutes each way from Manhattan as an editorial planning estimate. Traffic and your starting point can change this substantially.
Suggested visit Two to three hours for selected shops, longer for several fitting-room stops.
Admission No shopping admission ticket. Purchases, rail fares or driving costs are separate.
Weather Indoor boutiques with outdoor connections. Choose an enclosed mall if shelter throughout the visit is the priority.

The operator’s travel page lists LIRR travel from Penn Station and Grand Central Madison, plus service from Brooklyn’s Atlantic Terminal. The journey you want is the one shown for your actual departure time: some services require a change at Jamaica. Use the MTA schedule for both the outward and return trips.

From Elmont–UBS Arena station, the Village says its complimentary shuttle runs continuously to and from the South Entrance. Allow for the wait and transfer instead of counting only the train ride as your journey. The South Entrance is also the designated rideshare pickup and drop-off point.

Open Belmont Park Village in Google Maps. Follow signs for the Belmont Park Garage and Village Parking when driving; arena parking arrangements are a separate question.

The parking detail that matters on an arena night

Parking is complimentary for Village guests during shopping hours. Staying for a concert or game changes the calculation. The official FAQ says charges may begin one hour after Village operating hours or during a UBS Arena event. On event days, take a parking ticket; the FAQ states that guests departing by 8 p.m. are not charged.

Those conditions deserve a quick confirmation for your event date. Do not turn “free shopping parking” into an all-evening parking plan without checking when you intend to leave. The shopping discount will feel less impressive if the car adds a surprise to the bill.

A relaxed visit—and a sensible way to add UBS Arena

For a two-hour visit, begin with your most important purchase, browse a second boutique and leave the last part of the visit for another look at the item you were unsure about. Three hours gives you more room for a break and a few discoveries. Neither plan needs a stop at every door.

With children, keep the list shorter and agree on a finish time. This is a shopping outing rather than an attraction built around children’s entertainment. For a couple who both enjoy fashion, the pedestrian setting can make browsing part of the pleasure; for someone who dislikes shopping, a designer label will not magically change the afternoon.

Pairing the Village with UBS Arena can work well. Finish the shopping early enough to deal with your bags and get through arena entry comfortably. The Village lists complimentary luggage storage with the Concierge at its North Entrance, as well as hands-free shopping. Confirm collection hours before leaving anything there; the end of a concert may be later than the end of the shopping day.

The Village’s guest-services page explains the current options. Treat the arena ticket, parking and luggage arrangements as three separate parts of the plan.

What the visitor score can tell you

Google: 4.6 / 5 from 369 reviews, checked October 13, 2026. Read the current Google reviews.

This is a single-platform rating, not a combined CenterNYC score. The Google listing included positive feedback about the concierge and easy parking. For a useful picture of your own visit, read recent comments about the shops you want and the day’s atmosphere, then compare them with the current directory. An older complaint about unopened stores may no longer describe the present selection.

Budget for the purchase, not the percentage

There is no admission charge, but the day still has transport and food costs. Decide on a purchase budget before entering the boutiques. If two people set aside $200 each for clothes, that is a $400 shopping allowance—not the total cost of getting out of Manhattan and back.

The Village publishes current offers. Read the dates and conditions for the particular boutique; promotions change quickly, and a clearance discount may apply only to selected stock. Each store sets its own return and exchange policy.

Kosher meals, Shabbat and access

No certified kosher restaurant inside the Village has been verified for this guide. Arrange your meal separately or bring suitable food. Our kosher restaurant guides can help with other parts of your day; they are not a claim that a listed restaurant is within walking distance of the Village.

For a Shabbat-observant outing, choose Sunday through Thursday outside Jewish holidays. Friday afternoon shopping followed by traffic or a train connection leaves too little room for a calm return.

Google identifies a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Contact the Concierge about the exact route, shuttle access and assistance your group needs; a general entrance label does not describe every boutique or transfer. The walks between stores are outdoors.

Other shopping trips to compare

For an enclosed outing, consider Jersey Gardens. For a broader dedicated designer-outlet day, compare Woodbury Common. Tanger Deer Park offers another Long Island option, with its own train and shuttle arrangements.

Choose by the stores you actually want, the complete travel time and the weather. Our shopping and outlet guides put those trade-offs side by side.
